Leonard Arambam

Founder @Tribeshare

As a former manufacturing engineer turned startup founder, I’ve experienced the ups and downs that come with building a business from the ground up. With two startups under my belt—one an Edtech marketplace for B2C, where I raised $250K, and my current venture, a B2B gamification platform with five signed design partners—I’ve learned the sales process the hard way. My journey has taught me that things always take longer than expected, and navigating the B2B world is full of challenges. I’m passionate about helping other B2B founders by sharing what I’ve learned, with a specific focus on reducing the length of their sales cycles, so they can gain traction more efficiently.
